Advanced Analytics & Monthly Insight Report:

  • A plain-English monthly insights report, focusing on decisions, not jargon. Typically includes:

    • Total visits and trend vs previous month.

    • Top pages and key visitor paths (how people move through the site).

    • Enquiry form conversion rate (how many visitors become leads).

    • New email subscribers and basic performance of the welcome sequence (if configured).

  • Each report highlights 1–3 key insights and one clear primary recommendation for the coming month (e.g. improve a low-performing page, change a call-to-action, or simplify a form).

Lead Capture & Email Automation Setup:

  • Setup of an email signup form connected to the client’s chosen mailing platform (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.), either embedded on the site or on a dedicated “Subscribe” or “Lead magnet” page.

  • Configuration of a simple automated welcome sequence for new subscribers (e.g. welcome message, brief introduction to services, and an optional low-friction offer).

  • Basic guidance on compliant opt-in language and list-building best practices.

  • Where appropriate, option to create a simple lead magnet (such as a checklist or short guide), using AI-assisted drafting and human editing, to incentivise signups.

Data-to-Action Implementation:

  • Each month, ZEUS will implement at least one practical change based on the analytics and lead data (within the time allowance). Examples include:

    • Adjusting or simplifying a contact/quote form to improve completion rate.

    • Improving or repositioning calls-to-action on key pages.

    • Tweaking copy or layout on a top-traffic page that isn’t converting well.

    • Updating the welcome sequence based on common questions or new offers.

SUPPORT AND TIME:

  • Support channels: Email and WhatsApp, Monday–Friday during business hours.

  • Standard response time: Within 1 business day.

  • Core reporting and monitoring work is included as part of the package.

  • Time allowance: Up to 90 minutes per month for:

    • Implementing the monthly recommended change(s) based on data.

    • Adjusting forms, calls-to-action, and key page layouts.

    • Fine-tuning opt-in forms and the welcome sequence.

    • Short strategy or Q&A sessions about performance and next steps (via WhatsApp or email, with calls as needed).
