Enhanced Safety & Backups for High-Value Sites

  • Requires a Hostinger hosting plan with daily backups for added safety.

  • Before significant content or structural changes:

    • ZEUS uses Hostinger’s backup tools (and export tools if available) to create restore points.

    • Key store data (such as product catalogue, where exports are supported) may be backed up additionally.

  • Aim: maintain a clear path to recovery if something goes wrong with an update or edit, minimising downtime and lost revenue.

Monthly Revenue Path Check

  • A focused monthly test of the primary conversion path, such as:

    • Add to cart → checkout → payment → order confirmation, or

    • Booking form → confirmation page / booking confirmation email.

  • Confirms key steps still work as expected after updates or platform changes.

  • Small conversion-friction fixes (within the time allowance) can be implemented where appropriate (e.g. clearer button labels, simplified steps, improved error messages).

Quarterly Revenue UX Tune-Up

  • Quarterly quick UX review of the main revenue-driving pages, for example:

    • Homepage and key landing pages.

    • Top product or service pages.

    • Checkout or booking pages.

  • Identifies friction points (confusing layouts, missing trust elements, weak calls-to-action) and prioritises a small list of improvements.

Enhanced Uptime & Performance Monitoring

  • ZEUS receives alerts if the site becomes unavailable or significantly slow.

  • Response to investigate and act on alerts within the agreed support times (see below), coordinating with Hostinger support when needed.

SUPPORT AND TIME:

  • Response times:

    • Critical issues (site down, checkout/booking broken): Within 4 business hours.

    • Non-critical issues: Same business day.

  • Time allowance: Up to 120 minutes per month for:

    • Content, product, and pricing updates.

    • Minor design and UX adjustments, particularly on key funnel pages.

    • Strategy calls about performance, funnels, seasonal campaigns, and future changes.

  • Includes up to one 30-minute strategy call per quarter (voice/video) specifically focused on revenue paths, UX, and upcoming campaigns.
