  • Or: booking form → confirmation page

• Quarterly quick UX review of key money pages (home, store, services, checkout/booking)

• Enhanced uptime monitoring with instant alerts to us if the site is down

• Support via email + WhatsApp + phone (Mon–Fri, business hours)

• Response time:

  • Critical issues (site down, cart/booking broken): within 4 business hours

  • Normal issues: same business day

• Up to 120 minutes/month for:

  • Content/product updates
