Hostinger’s automatic backup feature is confirmed to be enabled (frequency depends on hosting plan).
Basic security hygiene: strong account access practices, spam protection on contact forms where available.
External uptime monitoring so ZEUS is alerted if the site goes down.
Monthly mini-check of the website: main pages load properly, contact forms work, and no obvious layout issues.
Monthly Website Health Snapshot (simple email summary):
Confirms uptime status, SSL and backup checks.
Flags any important issues noticed in the mini-check (e.g. broken form, missing image).
Written in plain language so the client always knows “how the site is doing.”
SUPPORT AND TIME:
Support channel: Email, during business hours, Monday–Friday.
